Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 175-99, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 175-99, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 541, dated November 16, 1999, transfers funds as follows:
From:
010-101-5101.91 Contingency Relief General $50,000
To:
010-121-5121.02 Finance Admin & Budget General $50,000
The aforementioned funds are being transferred to pay for the County's share of the appraisal fee
and such other incidental costs related to the land exchange authorized by Resolution No. 113-
99.
A motion to approve was made and seconded, followed by a vote by the seven members in
attendance. The final vote, as reflected below, prompted the Committee Chair to forward this
measure to full Council with a negative recommendation.
Your Committee on Finance forwards Resolution No. 175-99 to Council with a negative
recommendation.
