Pursuant to Section 92 -5(a) (4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney - client confidential discussion in executive session to consult
with the County Council on a claim submitted by Fairmont Specialty Insurance on
behalf of PA HARRIS ELECTRIC.
We ask that this case be put on the council's agenda at its earliest convenience.
