dated November 18, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-7Q as amended, the Operating Budget
ending June 30, 2000. The amendment is as follows:

Funds are needed to cover retro and pay increases, Hilo WTP Facility Review, automobile
purchase, software, SCADA System, and emergency sewer repair.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No.l 73, and
recommends it pass first reading.
