Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 175, reports as follows:
Bill No. 175, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 553,
dated November 17, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-70, as amended, the Operating Budget,
ending June 30, 2000. The amendment is as follows:

Funds will be used to conduct the Community Voices Leadership Workshop, Community
Planning Councils on Aging Projects, Home and Community Based Quality Assurance and
Improvement Project, and Caregiver Support Training.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 175, and
recommends it pass first reading.
