Request for proposals from each respective County Council to be submitted to the HSAC Executive Committee by September 1, 2010 2. Schedule the HSAC Executive Committee Meeting for mid - September to discuss and initially approve the 2011 HSAC Legislative Package 3. Deadline for Counties to approve the 2011 HSAC Legislative Package by October 15, 2010, to be approved by the HSAC Executive Committee at a subsequent meeting Please place this for discussion on the next Council agenda. In reviewing this matter, timely approval is crucial. It is therefore advantageous that approval is granted and the matter be placed onto the next Council agenda for review. However, in the event this request is denied, for whatever reason, I understand the matter shall be referred to the Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee for placement on its future agenda.
