SUBJECT: Re- referring Resolution No. 321 -10, Draft 2, from Finance Committee to
Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee
Resolution No. 321 -10, Draft 2, authorizes the Hawai`i County Council the option to
designate a portion of the district's fuel tax allocation to be utilized for a grant -in -aid program
for nonprofit organizations for the purpose of road maintenance for private streets and
roadways.
On April 19, 2010, Resolution No. 321 -10, Draft 2, was postponed at the Finance Committee.
At the request of Finance Committee Chair Dennis "Fresh" Onishi, Resolution No. 321 -10,
Draft 2, is being re- referred from the Finance Committee to the Public Works and
Intergovernmental Relations Committee.
