Subject: 30- minute Presentation on Composting Toilets
I am requesting Ms. Lauren Carter -Roth Venue of Roth Ecological Design International LLC do a
presentation on composting toilets. Roth Engineering has worked on solutions across the Pacific
recommending compost toilets when lava rock and rising tides make septic impossible to keep water
out. Roth Ecological Designs Int. is a Pacific based firm that provides consulting, project
management and design service for sustainable water and waste water management.
Please place this matter on the appropriate committee agenda for August 17 2010, allowing
30- minutes for the presentation and 15 minutes for questions and answers.
