(Res. 371 -10) DEVELOPMENT TO TRANSFER TWENTY FOUR HOUSING UNITS LOCATED
IN KAWAIHAE TO COUNCIL DISTRICT FIVE FOR USE AS TRANSITIONAL
HOUSING
From Councilmember Emily Naeole- Beason, dated July 19, 2010, transmitting the above
resolution.
Recommends adoption of Res. 371 -10.
Ayes: Committee Members Enriques, Ford, Greenwell, Hoffmann,
Ikeda, Onishi, Yagong, Yoshimoto, and Chair Naeole- Beason.
Noes: None.
Absent: None.

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter "HRS ") §92 -3.5, the
Hawaii County Council will be conducting this Committee meeting via videoconference.
Councilmembers will be present at the following location(s):
• County Councilroom, Hawaii County Building, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo; and
• Kona Council Office, Kailua Trade Center, 75 -5706 Hanama Place, Suite 109, Kailua -Kona; and
• Waimea Council Office at the Holomua Center, 64 -1067 Mamalahoa Highway, Suite 5, Waimea.
Public Attendance Via Videoconference is available at the locations(s). If audio stream between Waimea,
Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
Submitting Testimony Those submitting written testimony at the meeting should bring fourteen (14)
copies for distribution. Public testimony may also be submitted before 12:00 noon on the business day
