Kenoi, dated June 1, 2010, transmitting the above resolution and the Windward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures. Postponed to first Planning Committee meeting in February 2011. Vote: Ayes: Committee Members Enriques, Ford, Hoffmann, Naeole-Beason, Onishi, Yagong, Yoshimoto, and Chair Ikeda. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Member Greenwell. Serving the Interests of the People of Our Island Hawai‘i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer PC-29 Page 2 August 2, 2010 UNFINISHED BUSINESS Comm. 664 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, (Bill 194) AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 (provides for amendments to the above bill previously suggested by former Planning Director Chris Yuen and Council Member Emily Naeole-Beason in July 2008, as well as non-substantive amendments correcting the spelling of certain Hawaiian words and typographical errors). From Council Chair J. Yoshimoto, dated December 18, 2009, transmitting the above bill and its enclosures. Referred to Planning Director: 01/05/2010 (Note: There is a pending motion made by Ms. Naeole-Beason and duly seconded by Ms. Ford to close file on Comm. 664 and recommend passage of Bill 194 on first reading.) Bill 194, Draft 2, held over for Public Hearing to take place in Puna, Hawai‘i in August 2010. Time and location to be determined by the Chair.
