Comm. 906: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10-59, AS AMENDED, THE (Bill 285) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011 {increases revenues of $432,968.35 in the Reimburse Debt Service - DWS (Department of Water Supply) Account, and appropriates same to the Interest on GOB (General Obligation Bonds) - County Account; the County recently issued $60 million GOB, of which the semi- autonomous DWS was allocated 25 percent of the bond proceeds.
