SUBJECT: Bill 194, Draft 2, Relating to the Puna Community Development Plan
Attached is Bill 194 as amended to Draft 2 at the Planning Committee on August 2, 2010.
The amendments were transmitted via Communication No. 664.4 within the May 11, 2010,
letter from Planning Director Bobby Jean Leithead -Todd. The amendments were No. 8 on
page 6, relating to roundabouts, and the first three proposed amendments by the Planning
Director on page 11, relating to proper spelling of Hawaiian words. These amendments are
reflected in the Puna Community Development Plan on pages 1 -1, 2 -1, and 4 -8.
All amendments were non - substantive and were made to the Puna Community Development
Plan, which is attached to Bill 194.
