RE: Request for scheduling of executive meeting -
Stacy Higa v. County of Hawaii, CIV. NO. 08 - - 0293
Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, the Office
of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the Council schedule the above matter
for an executive meeting on August 18, 2010.
We anticipate discussion with the Council on matters and questions pertaining to
the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities, where an executive
meeting is appropriate and allowed by State law.
