Bill 279, reports as follows:
Bill 279, transmitted by the Director of Public Works Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication
No. 893, dated July 21, 2010, requests amending the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition,
as Amended), Chapter 24, article 10, Division 2 (Moving Vehicles). Section 24 -265, Schedule 13
(Yield locations), paragraph (f) Kona.
There was no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 279, and recommends passage at first reading.
