Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Bill 280, reports as follows:
Bill 280, transmitted by the Director of Public Works Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication
No. 894, dated July 21, 2010, requests amending the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition,
as Amended), Chapter 24, article 10. Division 2 (Moving Vehicles), Section 24 -264, Schedule 12
(Stop intersections), paragraph (f) Kona.
There was no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 280, and recommends passage at first reading.
