No. 895, dated July 21, 2010, requests amending the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition.
as Amended), Chapter 24, article 10, Division 1 (Speed Limits), Section 24 -255, Schedule 3
(25 mile per hour limit), paragraph (f) Kona.
There was no discussion.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 281, and recommends passage at first reading.
