August 6 — EPI to submitted Amendments to NPDES and UIC applications (DOH Clean
Water Branch and DOH Safe Drinking Water Branch)
August 9 - Solicit bidder with the current "unapproved" plans.
August 13 — DOT to provide final review comments
August 20 - Contractor selected and contract awarded
August 23 — EPI to submit final plans for approval signatures
August 25 — Contractor to submit information to DOH CWB for revised NPDES, order
all materials
August 27 — DOT / County DPW / DWS approval signatures received
September 27 — Construction Begins (this date may be sooner if DOH can accelerate their
30 -day review time)
October 29 — Substantial road construction complete, open for traffic (paving, temporary
striping, drainage structures)
November 15- All construction complete.
