Pursuant to HRS 92 -7, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the County Council's Committee
on Planning will be held to hear public testimony regarding Bill 194, Draft 2, (Comm. 664.7), an
Ordinance amending the Puna Community Development Plan, as adopted by Ordinance No 08 -116.
