FC-33 Page 3 August 17, 2010 Comm. 906: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10-59, AS AMENDED, THE (Bill 285) OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011 {increases revenues of $432,968.35 in the Reimburse Debt Service - DWS (Department of Water Supply) Account, and appropriates same to the Interest on GOB (General Obligation Bonds) - County Account; the County recently issued $60 million GOB, of which the semi- autonomous DWS was allocated 25 percent of the bond proceeds. To properly reflect the DWS’ share of the interest payments due this fiscal year, the operating budget needs to be amended.} From Finance Director Nancy E. Ayes: Committee Members Enriques, Ford, Greenwell, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Naeole-Beason, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Onishi. Noes: None. Absent: None. (Bill 286) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 10-59, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011 (appropriates revenues of $42,610 in the Federal Grants - Enforcement of Protective Orders and TROs Account; and appropriates same to the Hawai‘i Police Department, Enforcement of Protective Orders and TROs Account ; these funds should improve the Police Department’s ability to ensure prompt service of all protective orders, including those in which a respondent is a convicted felon or falls under the Lautenberg Act and are thus prohibited from possessing firearms and or ammunition} From Finance Director Nancy E.
