Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 286, reports as follows:
Bill No. 286, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 379 -10, by Director of Finance Nancy Crawford, via
Communication No. 908, dated July 30, 2010, amends Ordinance No. 10 -59, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawai`i of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. The amendment is as follows:

The State of Hawaii Department of the Attorney General's Crime Prevention and Justice Assistance
Division has provided funds to the Hawai`i Police Department for an Enforcement of Protective Orders and
TROs Grant.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accordance with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 286 and recommends
it pass first reading.
