Resolution to Lease Land in Pohoiki for a Safe Swimming Hole
Attached please find for your review a resolution to authorize the County to enter into
negotiations for a lease of land for a public swimming spot.
The location is a 21.30 acre parcel in Pohoiki in Pahoa, Hawaii (TMK: (3)1 -4- 002:009), owned
by Ku`ulei Kealoha Cooper Springer, Trustee of the Kealoha Estate.
Please place this resolution on the appropriate committee agenda for the meetings scheduled for
September 20, 2010.
