No. 207 -2K <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:55 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 207 -2K, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 207 -2K, transmitted by County Clerk Al Konishi, via Communication No. 633, <br /> dated January 19, 2000, authorizing the appropriation and use of prior year funds for the <br /> Elections Division. <br /> On March 20, 1997, the Mayor entered into an Agreement (Contract No. 97167) with Wang <br /> Government Services, Inc. for a computer system and legislative history database for the Office <br /> of the County Clerk and the County Council. Subsequently, a Supplemental Agreement No. 3 <br /> (Contract No. 97168) was executed to amend the scope of the project which resulted in <br /> $223,927.30 of formerly encumbered funds to appear in the unexpended allotment balance of the <br /> current year's budget status. <br /> Most recently, the Council adopted Resolution No. 174 -99, which appropriated $90,814 to <br /> various County Clerk /Council accounts, leaving an unexpended allotment of $133,113.30.
