Please find attached Bill 270, Draft 2, the fully amended Bill. Bill 270 was amended
with the contents of Communication nos. 876.4 and 876.5, by the County Council on
September 9, 2010.
Bill 270, Draft 2 was postponed to the call of the chair, to allow Public Works to
conduct public meetings.
