Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Resolution No. 389 -10, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 389 -10, transmitted via Communication No. 935 from Mayor William P. Kenoi,
dated August 25, 2010 accepts the grant of public access pedestrian easements from North Coast
Kohala LLC, affecting Tax Map Key No. (3)5 -5- 007:037.
There was no public testimony. Mr. Larry Brown, from the Planning Department, was present to
address any questions from your Committee. There was no discussion regarding this matter.
Your Committee concurs with the Leeward Planning Commission's and the Planning Director's
favorable recommendation for approval of the Resolution.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No 389 -10,
and recommends its adoption.
