SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to Bill 194, Draft 2, Relating to the Puna Community
Development Plan (CDP)
Items in the Action sections of the Puna CDP should correspond with the Action items in the
Implementation Table. To be consistent with the amendment to Section 2.1.3 on page 2 -5, I propose
the below amendment to the Implementation Table on page 5 -22, Subsection 2.1.3(C), which was
inadvertently left out.
The amendment is illustrated via Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill 194, Draft 2,
and bolded for emphasis as follows:

2.2.3 Native Forests and Geological Features
