No. 645, dated January 27, 2000, transfers funds as follows:

010-801-5801.35 Transfer to Solid Waste Fund General $15,000
To:
010-911-5911.24 Sundry Refund General $15,000
This account is used to refund fees collected by various departments, such as building permit
fees, plumbing permit fees, electrical permit fees, and park facility rentals. Due to an increase in
refunds this year, the account is being depleted faster than normal.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 210-00
and recommends its adoption.
