Please support Bill 321 -10 and allow sll subdivisions to apply for funds to repair their roads. Puna District especially needs this
funding to repair and maintain roads in the private subdivisions. Mahalo

send an email to Council and that it shows your support for Resolution 321 -10.

I strongly support Resolution 321 -10 for a grant in Aid Program to assist communities in maintaining their publicly
accessed roads. Improving maintenance of private roadways throughout the Big Island will benefit ALL drivers. We
urge you to vote in favor of this Grant -in -Aid program. To this end I would like to request that you support the
formation of an Ad Hoc committee on August 2nd and nominate Dominic Yagong and Brenda Ford to the committee.

In addition, County bus service is badly needed in our subdivision. If we had some financial aid with road
maintenance, then we could allocate a portion of our own funds to upgrading our roads so that Hele -On could access
our sizeable residential area.

I am writing to express my support for the Fuel Tax Revenue Grant -in -Aid program resolution now at council. Our
roads are in desperate need of attention. We pay our fuel taxes every day as we drive but for decades have received
no benefit on hundreds of miles of county sanctioned private road systems.
This is an issue of equity and I look to you to vote in favor of this Grant -in -Aid program.
