Aloha Guy Enriques,
I am writing as a resident of Hawaiian Acres in support of Resolution 321 -10 for a Grant -in -Aid
program to assist communities to maintain their publicly accessed private roads. This program would
make a big difference for the road conditions in our community. We urge you to vote in favor of this
Grant -in -Aid program which would allow us to better maintain our roads — not only for our residents but
also for the emergency and business services that regularly use our roads, as well as the general public.
In addition, County bus service is badly needed in our subdivision. If we had some financial aid with
road maintenance, then we could allocate a portion of our own funds to upgrading our roads so that
Hele -On could access our sizeable residential area.
