I strongly urge you to support Resolution 321 -10 for a grant -in -aid program that will be of great
assistance to the communities of the subdivisions in improving their roads and community safety and
wellbeing. It is long past time that the County of Hawaii begins to address the problems faced by the
subdivisions, the fastest growing residential communities on our island. To this end I request that you
support the formation of an ad hoc committee on August 2 and nominate Dominic Yagong and
Brenda Ford to the committee.
