I have reviewed the proposed amendments to the Puna Community Development Plan ("Puna CDP).
that are included in Bill 194 initiated by "-he County Council on December 18, 2009 and concur with
the Planning Director's May 11, 2010 favi rable recommendation to amend the Puna CDR
I strongly support the proposed amends eats to the Puna CDP contained in 13 4 and concur with
the Planning Director's favorable recom`lendation to amend the Puna CDP, as those amendments are
consistent with the goals, objectives ancJ policies of the General Plan .
