Marcus Vincent and Kim Hoffman would like to offer our strong support for the EDH 2025: 5
Year Action Plan Update. As landowners and residents of a mixed use building in downtown
Hilo, we are appreciative of the 2005 Plan which includes positive new strategies and
actions in the Action Plan Matrix. The plan is a great roadmap for sustaining our
charming Downtown Hilo.
