Comm. 951: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-39 WHICH RECLASSIFIED (Bill 302) LANDS FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL – 10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS-10) TO NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL – 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CN-20) AT WAIĀKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAI‘I, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-040:121 (Applicant: Jin Soo and Ran Hui Iida) (Area: 23,559 square feet) (the amendment would delete Condition D to allow the relocation of the applicant’s business “5-Spice,” a seed shop, to the subject property) From Mayor William P. Bockus) (Area: Approximately 5.275 acres) From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated January 19, 2010, transmitting the above bill and the Leeward Planning Commission’s letter and enclosures.
