Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Resolution 393-10, reports as follows:
Resolution 393-10, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase, via
Communication No. 950, dated September 16, 2010, requests accepting the dedication of Road
Lots 149 through 155 of Kilohana Kai at Waikoloa, Phase 11, to the County of Hawaii.
Councilmember Dominic Yagong noted the letters attached to the resolution from various
County agencies approving the dedication to the County, and voiced his support.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Resolution 393-10 and recommends its adoption.
