Your Committee on Planning,to which was referred Communication No. 949, reports as follows:
Communication No.949,transmitted by Mayor Billy Kenoi, dated September 14,2010, requests
confirmation of the appointment of John Hoover to the South Kohala Community Development Plan
Action Committee.
There was no public testimony regarding the appointments. Nominee John Hoover was present at the
meeting of your Committee.
There were no questions for the nominees. Planning Committee Chair Donald Ikeda waived future
presence of the nominee.
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with Mayor Kenoi's nomination and recommends confirmation
of the appointment of John Hoover to the South Kohala Community Development Plan Action
Committee.
