Re: Fuel Tax Allocation
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating the second increment of the fuel tax
revenues established by Resolution No. 504 -08. Projected revenues are being allocated
utilizing the same distribution method as Increment 1 (based on each district's percent of
miles of local streets, for all roads maintained by the County).
Below is the breakdown of the programs:
PROGRAM AMOUNT
Roadway Projects (Engineering) $1,800,000
Bridge Inspection, Repair, & Replacement 900,000
Program (Engineering)
ADA Curb Cut & Accessible Route Program 400,000
(Engineering)
Local Road Improvements (Highways) 3,100,000
TOTAL $6,200,000
The specific projects are listed on Exhibit A of the bill.

Allocation of second increment of fuel tax revenues established by Resolution 504 -08. See attached Exhibit
A, "Fuel Tax Program Revenue Appropriation Increment 2 2010 - 2012."
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
The distribution method used is the same as Increment 1.
Estimated fuel tax revenues for 2010 -2012 is $6.2 million.
