A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING /APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION
OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING
SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred /appropriated as set forth below:
FUND: GEOTHERMAL RELOCATION & COMMUNITY BENEFITS
AMOUNT OF
APPROPRIATION: $184,965
OUT AND FROM: 095.141.5143.02 Geothermal OCE
CREDITED TO: 095.801.5801.54 Transfer to Capital Projects Fund - Geothermal
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and is hereby directed and instructed to
forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance be
and is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
