We have no objections to the execution of the dedication deed provided that all roadway and water system improvements are constructed in accordance with the approved subdivision construction drawings. Also note that the dedication of these roadway lots is required by Condition F of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 95 -100, which rezoned the project site to a Single Family Residential (RS 20) zoned district. This ordinance required a county - dedicable road through the subdivision, including its connection with the Pualani Estates Subdivision and with Hualalai Road. We believe that this work has already been completed, but should be confirmed with the Department of Public Works.
