/ Keaau-Pahoa Road Shoulder Lane Conversion
@ 7 Description - This project will widen Keaau -Pahoa Road in both
III directions from Keaau -Pahoa Road to Shower Drive. On the east
(makai) side of Keaau -Pahoa Road, the existing 10 -foot wide
0 J shoulder land will be widened to a permanent 12 -foot wide
northbound lane and add an 8 -foot wide paved shoulder. On the
0 ■ ffiwest (mauka) side, the existing 10 -foot wide shoulder lane will be
widened. The project also includes the installation of a new trac signal at the Keaau -Pahoa Road and Shower Drive /Pohaku Drive
