This traffic pattern is a nightmare and Woodland Center should not be allowed to open until the traffic issues are resolved to the communities satisfaction. If you lived in Pahoa and had to drive through this intersection daily or like I do a few times a day, you would see near accidents almost everytime you were at the intersection by Hwy 130. Now is the time to fix this and not allow Woodland to open until you have heard from the community and you have resolved traffic issues. There is enough statistical data to prove how dangerous this intersection is, yet the State is not listening, you as a county council person needs to listen and think of safety first.
