I do not support a Certificate of Occupancy for Woodland Center at this time. (Bill 283)
Driving on Highway 130 to get into the stores is so confusing for many people and so dangerous. Please
use some common sense here, a lot of people are getting hurt. This intersection is already max crazy
without adding to the problem. Please fix this intersection now, before a CO is approved.
