COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 281 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />ILO 86 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24 -255, schedule 3 (25 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended). <br />is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />Ali`i Drive from a point 0.20 mile south of Kaleiopapa Street to its <br />southern terminus. <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Highway, from the Ali`i Drive intersection to a <br />point four hundred sixty feet in the southerly direction. <br />Mamalahoa Bypass Highway, from a point 2.67 miles south of the <br />Ali`i Drive intersection to the Haleki`i Street intersection. <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division I, section 24 -257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, Item (1) of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as <br />amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />(1) Ali`i Drive, from the Kamehameha III Road intersection [souawfly- <br />to its ter - ,intis to a point 0.20 mile south of Kaleiop a StLoll. ; _ <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 1, section 24 -260, schedule 8 (45 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as arliended), <br />is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />Mamalahoa Bypass H ighway, from a point four hundre six f <br />south of the Ali`i D riv e intersection to a point 2.58 miles the <br />s outherly direction. <br />
