COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 282 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />10 87 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 2, section 24 -267, schedule 15(one - wa <br />streets), subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended). is <br />amended by deleting item (1). <br />[(4) 14ale'1 S treet . If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any r)ersor: <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or «pplicatic>n <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
