This is a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 406. 10, correcting a TMK number.
The amendment is indicated by Ramseyer format and is bolded for illustrative purposes only
(material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken through, material to be added is underscored).
The proposed amendment is as follows:
WHEREAS, a 400 -foot long portion of the roadway identified as the Old Volcano Road,
between the intersection of South Kulani Road and extending eastward to the intersection with
Hawaiian Acres Subdivisions' Road 1, directly adjacent along the north side of
TMK (3)1 -6- 013:080 and directly adjacent along the south side of [ TA4K (3) , 7 010:018
TMK (3) 17 011:002 is under the jurisdiction of the State of Hawaii Department of Land and
Natural Resources; and
