Kenoi, dated <br /> September 27, 2010, presents a proposed amendment to Chapter 25, Hawai`i County Code 1983 <br /> (2005 Edition, as amended) relating to the processing time for a Use Permit application. <br /> Bill No. 307 seeks to increase the time period by which a public hearing before the Planning <br /> Commissions shall be conducted for a Use Permit application, from its current 60 days to 90 days. <br /> One member of the public spoke in support of Bill No. 307. No one from the Planning Department <br /> was present at the meeting.
