So many of my friends and my customers (I am a pilot for Alaska
Airlines) love to dive and snorkel and to watch Hawaii's beautiful fish in their natural
environment. They are amazed and saddened when I tell them of the life expectancy of
collected fish and that there are few limits on the locations and numbers collected.
I believe you will be doing us all a great service that will have lasting impact for
generations.
