Aloha. my name is Craig Venema, I am a snorkle boat captain on Maui. I have also worked in Kona for
5 years. The last 20 years of being on the water, I have seen a huge drop in the fish population. We need
to controll the fish collecting or stop it. My livelyhood depends on showing Hawaii's reefs to visitors
