Re: Housecleaning Item Pending in PWIRC
For housecleaning purposes, I recommend closing file on the following previous term resolution
which was brought forth by the Administration on October 19, 2006, referred to PWIRC, and never
placed on the agenda.
Res. 523 -06 (Comm. 1183): Resolution accepting the dedication of roadway lots in the
Pualani Estates Subdivision, Phases 1 and 2, being Tax Map Keys: (3)7 -5- 041:054,
7 -5- 043:128, and 7 -5- 042:151, situate at Puapua'aiki and Puapua'anui, District of North
Kona, County and State of Hawai`i, from D.R. Horton - Schuler Homes, LLC.
I have been informed by the Office of the Corporation Counsel that the Pualani Estates Subdivision is
pending approval by the Departments of Public Works and Environmental Management and that a new
resolution will be brought forth when that has occurred.
