BILL NO. 319
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 10-60, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2010 TO JUNE 30, 2011.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 10-60, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Waiohinu Recycling and Transfer Station Repairs and
Enhancements

SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
