Re: Forest City /Kamakana Villages at Keahuolu
Resulting from a recent meeting with Warren Lee, Director of Public Works, I would like to
propose the following amendments to the contents of Communication No. 977.12, regarding the
Exemptions contained in Exhibit B, Document ID 4846 - 0194 - 3047.3, dated 11 /1 /10. Proposed
amendments have been bolded and Ramseyered for clarification purposes only:

with the following language:
"Project street lights may be pursuant to Forest City's designs,
in compliance with AASHTO, and Forest City shall provide
Department of Public Works with adequate replacement street
lights, which shall be adequate for one life cycle. Street lights
shall be Department of Public Works approved type only."
