RE: Resolution No. 397 -10, Draft 2; Relating to Seeking Monetary Assistance in
Combating and Controlling the Coffee Bean Borer
Please find attached Resolution No. 397 -10, Draft 2. Resolution No. 397 -10 was amended by the
contents of Comm. No. 962.1, as duly approved by the Council during its meeting on November
4, 2010.
As the amendment contained in Comm. No. 962.1 corrected a grammatical error and thus did not
alter the meaning or effect of the resolution, the Council, pursuant to Rule No. 25(e), adopted
Resolution No. 397 -10, Draft 2.
