I am requesting reconsideration of Bill 311, as approved by Council at its meeting on
November 17, 2010. Bill 311 passed second and final reading by 7 -1 vote. The purpose
of this request is to comply with Rule No. 15 of the Rules of Procedure and Organization
of the Council of the County of Hawai`i.
